Q&A – Experience for Clients

We want to provide a safe space for our clients, not just a mattress to sleep on. We want to provide a care experience that allows clients to accept help, not feel like they have to struggle to obtain it. In this video William McNabb talks a little about the kind of experience promotes effective change and a positive environment for clients in need.
